Meet the experienced and friendly doctors and staff who make Jack Devore, O.D. the leading provider of vision care products and services in Delmar.


Jack Devore, O.D.

Dr. Devore has been in practice in the Capital Region for over 35 years . He provides a full scope of eye care services for adults and children including vision correction and contact lenses, in addition to diabetic eye care, treatment of glaucoma, dry eyes, eye injuries and eye infections. He has been affiliated with TLC since 2000, providing pre-and post-operative care for patients undergoing laser vision correction. He is a member of the NYS Optometric Association having served for several years as the President of the Capital Region Chapter, and the American Optometric Association.   He has also served on the New York Diabetes Coalition and the New York State Diabetes Task Force. He lives in Delmar with his wife Barbara and has one adult son who is currently studying optometry.


Gina Ciarmiello, O.D.

Dr. Ciarmiello graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2014 and is excited to be back home in the Capital District to further her practice of optometry. Dr. Ciarmiello completed clinical internships at Springfield Hospital, Penridge Family Eye care and The Eye Institute all located Pennsylvania. She also interned at the Batavia Veterans Hospital in Western New York and Fenway Health Clinic in Boston where she received clinical honors. She is trained in ocular primary care, fitting contact lenses as well as diagnosing and treating ocular diseases including glaucoma, eye infections and diabetic eye care. She is a member of the New York State Optometric society and the American Optometric Association
